Purpose For all possible system statuses that can be active for a status object,only some are useful in specific business scenarios of the CRM businesstransaction. For this reason, the display and maintainability of system statuses isrestricted by the SAP system tableCRMC_STATUS_PROC>. You can use the CRM_STATUS_GET_STATUS_PROC> report to see whichsystem statuses are provided for each specific scenario. The following are entered:
- Reference (header or item)
- Business transaction object type (sales transaction)
- Status object type
- Status profile (optional).
A list is displayed for the status object types in the user interfacewith these values, together with set attributes and help texts.
