Purpose
You use this program to list problems that have been transferred to theSolution Database (SDB) through the external interface (XIF). Theprogram requires you to enter the legacy IDs of the problems to belisted. (The legacy ID is the ID used to uniquely identify the problemin the legacy system.) The list contains information such as theproblem number in the SDB, the status (created or released), problemdescription
, and legacy ID. By double-clicking a problem in the list, you candisplay the problem details in the SDB.
Note
Solutions that have been transferred to the SDB through the externalinterface can be listed using program CRM_SDB_LIST_IMP_SOLUTIONS.
