Integration Organizational Management - Business Partners

Purpose
In CRM, there is an (optional) integration between business partnersand so-called organizational objects; objects for organizationalmanagement (in Release 1.2 organizational units and persons). The aimis to be able to address these organizational objects, for example, ascontact persons or sold-to parties.
In release 1.2 this report can only be used for organizational units.
With this report, you can create business partners for organizationalobjects, and carry out matching between the addresses for theorganizational objects, and for the business partners linked to these:
Generation of business partners to organizational objects
Business partners should be created for all organizational objectswhich can potentially appear in business partner roles (for example, assold-to party or contact person).
Execute the report for this, with an appropriate selection for theorganizational objects.
Comparison of addresses
A second application for this report is a periodic comparison of theaddress data. Since the address data, like the texts, aretime-dependant for the organizational objects, but the businesspartners are not, this data should be compared regularly,for exampleonce a day or once a week.
Business partner role comparison
If a BP role is defined for the object type in the organizational unit,then the system attempts to create such a role when comparing.
The BP role for the organizational object is entered in the tableT77S0. For organizational units, an entry with the key ORGEN PROLE andthe value for the BP role is created. If no entry is found or the valueis empty, then no roles are created for the business partner.
The report can also be planned in the background, in order to carry outautomatic periodic matching. Create a variant for the reportCRM_COM_ORGMAN_BUPA_INTEGRATE. This implements the comparison in thebackground for all business parnters linked to the organizationalunits.
The variant must have the following parameters:
All org units 'X'
Background: 'X'
REporting day: System day (default)
