Purpose
This report enables you to create sample master data within twodifferent contexts:

• Marketing attributes (classifications) for business partners


• Responsibility criteria for channel partners

Features
The report is divided into two program areas and also provides anadditional function:


• Account Management

This program creates sample classification attributes in the form ofmarketing attributes.
Four predefined marketing attributes are created:
SAP_CLASS_SAMPLE_STATUS
SAP_CLASS_SAMPLE_CATEGORY
SAP_CLASS_SAMPLE_SUBCATEGORY
SAP_CLASS_SAMPLE_POTENTIAL
A predefined marketing group SAP-CLASS_SAMPLE is also created.
The report is terminated if one of these objects already exists.

• Channel Management

This program creates sample responsibilities in the form ofresponsibility areas and responsibility criteria.
Two predefined responsibility areas are created:
RESP_ZIP_PRODCAT
Responsibility by country, postal code, and product category. This hasthe criteria:
- RESP_CRITERION_COUNTRY (Country)
- RESP_CRITERION_ZIP (Postal Code)
- RESP_CRITERION_PRCAT (Product Category).
RESP_TTYPE
Responsibility by transaction type. This has the criterionRESP_CRITERION_TTYPE (Transaction Type).
The report is terminated if one of these objects already exists.

• Complete Texts

The descriptions of marketing attributes (criteria) are created in thelogon language initially. However, you have the option of addingdescriptions in other languages. To do this, you log on in the relevantlanguage and set the Complete Texts indicator.
You should note that the entire marketing attributes (criteria) ormarketing group (responsibility areas) will be updated. This means thatany changes that might have been made will be overwritten. If you haveentered, for example, new values for an attribute generated by thereport, they will be deleted.
