SAP Program UKM_CHANGE_ATTRIBUTE - Change of Existing schemeAgencyID Attribute Values

Purpose
The UKM_CHANGE_ATTRIBUTE report provides the functions to changeexisting attribute values for cct:identifier-Attributs schemeAgencyID ina mapping context.
In the SAP environment, the schemeAgencyID attribute is generally usedto store the business system name of an identifier (cct:identifier). Insome specific cases, the business system name of a system can change.
Examples:

  • The business system name is subsequently changed in the System Landscape
  • Directory (SLD).
    • The system is assigned to a different SLD. This can be configured
    • differently to the original SLD.
After such a change to a business system name, the keys, objects, andmapping that were stored in the UKMS with the obsolete business systemname <(>,<)> can no longer be found.
In this case, you can use the report to change the business system namein a context. As a result, the dependent data can be found using the newname.
