Purpose
Determines the interface between two products.

Features
If exceptions for this interface alreaday exist in the determiningsystem, a delta determination is carried out. No exceptions arecreated if one already exists. Exceptions that are no longer requiredare flagged withe a deletion indicator. In the case of a deltadetermination, a space character is specified for the parameter "
Delete old exceptions" when the interface is passed (
FETCH_USELOG).
