Description
Here you can archive material ledger indices and delete them from thedata base.
These are entries in table CKMI1 that allow documents to be displayedduring material ledger data analysis and thus allow transactions to beexplained for a material.
If you delete material ledger indices, you will no longer be able todisplay this information. You can, however, retrieve them.
Enter the period and the year as selection criteria. The system willarchive and delete all material ledger indices up to the period enteredbut not those in the period entered.
