Description
This report controls access to data related to a financial transactionin Treasury using its dependent data such as activities, conditions andflows.
The repository structure, VTBLDB, is used to control selection. Thisstructure can restrict database access using the following parameters:
SUSEAPPL:
The restrictions for selecting applications using the indicatorsSFOREX, SMONEY and SDERIVA should be taken into account; otherwise theapplications are selected according to the user's entries on theselection screen.
SUSEFLAGS:
The selection restrictions based on the following parameters should betaken into account; otherwise all activities are selected.
SACTACTIVE:
Only the active activity of the financial transaction and theconditions and flows dependent on the transaction are read.
SACTCHAIN:
For the active activity of the financial transaction, only allactivities linked to this transaction via a previous relationship andthe conditions and flows dependent on it are read.
If data are not read for all applications in reports which use thislogical database, then, via the indicators SFOREX, SMONEY and SDERIVAat INITIALIZATION, it can also be ensured that with entry help forproduct category and type, transaction type and account assignmentreference, only values suitable for these applications are offered.
As the program only contains physical access routines for the logicaldatabase, it cannot be started separately.
