Description
The database selects system inventory records and the respectivepositions for archiving, that is, it only supplies physical inventorydocuments that have already been written off from WM. If an archivename (read) is entered, the documents can also be read directly fromthe archive.
The standard selection screen is automatically generated.
The selection parameters are:
Warehouse number
Runtime, that is, only documents whose date of physical inventoryis before the current date minus the runtime in days. This is checkedfor each item.
Only test run: only together with the archiving tool
Generate archive: only together with the archiving tool
With the logical database, physical inventory documents can onlybe selected in warehouse numbers for which the user has anauthorization.
