Archiving Delivery Documents in SD: Check Program

Purpose
This program checks delivery documents for their archivability.

Integration
This program should be executed before the actual write program, inorder to evaluate the quality of the delivery documents to be archivedand the application specific Archiving Customizing (table V_TVARL)

Prerequisites

• You have maintained the table V_TVARL using either the transaction VORL
or in Customizing.

Parameters
A delivery document must undergo the following obligatory and optionaltests, before being archived:


• Residence time (obligatory)


• Flow (obligatory)


• Accounting document (optional)


• Check residence time document flow (optional)


• Alternative DB access (optional)


• Create archive (optional)


• Delete program in test mode (optional)

You can choose either incoming or outbound deliveries for the deliverytype. You can only process exclusively incoming deliveries orexclusively outbound deliveries in an archiving run.
