Purpose
Table CUVCPR_ID_INT is a key conversion table for configuration profiles(component LO-VC). Since the client field was added to this tablesubsequently, the table must be converted, because this duplicates thetable with its current entries for all clients.
To do this, the required entries are inserted by the XPRA for allclients and for all configuration profiles, and all superfluous entriesare deleted.
