Purpose
In this IMG activity, you activate budget types so that you can use thebudgets associated with them in the operational applications.

Prerequisites
The budget types must have been transferred from SAP BI.
You have completed mapping for the InfoObjects in the budget levels.
For price planning, you have assigned the required budget IDs to the keyfigures linked to the current budget type.
You have made additional settings for budget determination for thebudget types in the OTB application.

Activities
Select a budget type that you want to activate and activate it. Repeatthis for each budget type that you require.
During the activation, the system automatically generates the databasetables that are linked to the budget applications.
