Reorganizing File Descriptions

Purpose
Program RKCDPREO is used for reorganizing the filedescriptions from Excel Integration in planning. The file lists allexisting file descriptions and the relevantgeneric file names.

Features
File names that are no longer used are marked in red. These file namescan be deleted together with their generic filenames.
You cannot delete file descriptions used in planner profiles. Thegeneric file names can, however, be deleted.

Activities
Run the program.
Select the files that you want to delete.
Select the generic file names that you want to delete.
Select 'File descriptions -> Delete non-referenced file descriptions'.
The file descriptions and generic file names that you have selected aredeleted.
