Purpose
Report RWDBBMAN_HPR (transaction WDBM_HPR) is used for manuallyrequesting materials for sending within the assortment list and forsending the materials to the stores selected. The report is areplacement for transaction WDBM (report RWDBBMAN) that has beendesigned for performance reasons.

Integration
Decide which of the two possible assortment lists you are going to use.If you do not have any problems with performance or resources whenusing transactions WDBI, WDBU and WDBM, continue to use thesetransactions. If you do experience problems, use transactions WDBI_HPR,WDBU_HPR and WDBM_HPR.

Prerequisites
The systems that process IDocs must be capable of processing the newIDoc types WBBDLD04.
Unlike the IDoc types WBBDLD01 to WBBDLD03, the header segments withall the subsegments are not repeated for time-dependent data. Instead,the individual segments that contain the time-dependent data arerepeated for a new validity date.

Features
Report RWBBINI_HPR is used to distribute the work load amongst severalprocesses. Therefore, use parallel processing and set the relevantindicator on the selection screen. The materials and stores are thendivided up between the work packages. Each work package is thenprocessed by a process. This process generates the IDocs for all thestores and materials in the work package. You can determine the size ofthe work package on the selection screen.
Report RWBBINI_HPR prepares the most important data for the assortmentlist, however it does not prepare all the data that can be sent byreport RWDBBINI.

Selection
Select the materials to be sent using the material numbers, materialgroups or the assortment list type.

Output
The result of the report is a list of the IDocs created. Visualassortment lists that you can view and print using transaction WBBS areproduced from the IDocs by starting transaction WBBV_HPR.

Example
A store requires the data for some new materials and you want to sendthis data directly to the store, without having to wait for the nextchange download. To do this, start transaction WDBM_HPR and select thematerials.
