Purpose
All receipts and dispatches of mineral oil products into/out of theFederal Republic of Germany must be declared to the Bundesamt forWirtschaft (German Office of the Economy) in Eschborn by the 20th dayof the following month. This report selects all relevant documents forthis purpose.

Activities

• Maintain all commodity codes that relevant for this declaration by
selecting the indicator Mineral oil product.

• Ensure that the INTRASTAT data selection for both receipts/imports and
dispatches/exports has been performed for the desired reporting month.

• Start the program and print the list issued by the system.
