SAP Program RVBOBJTABUPD - Batch History: Update Index Table

Purpose
You use this report to update details of the batch-related object (BRO)types to the index table TOBJ_D_INDEX.

Prerequisites

  • You have defined batch-related object types in Customizing for
    • Logistics General -> Batch Management -> BatchInformation Cockpit -> Batch History -> Batch-RelatedObject Types -> Define Batch-Related Object Type and Parameters
    .
    • You have entered and assigned the key fields to the database tables.

    • You have assigned attributes to a batch-related object type and event
      • combination.

      Activities
      To update the batch history index table, do the following:
      On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose SAP Menu -> Tools ->ABAP Workbench -> ABAP Editor.
      Enter RVBOBJTABUPD in the Program field.
      Choose Execute.
      Enter the data in the following fields:
      Material:
      Plant:
      Batch-Related Object Types:
      Event:
      From Date:
      Note: The fields, Batch-Related Object Types and Event aremandatory.
      Choose Execute.
      Choose Display Last Update.
      A screen appears, displaying the recent BRO types updates for theselected criteria.
      Note:
      An initial run must be done when a new plant is added to Batch History.You have to fill the plant and relevant fields in the reportRVBOBJTABUPD.
