Tool 3: RV61A_GETFORMULAS

Objective:
Output of pricing procedure used, as well as individual conditions andcorresponding formulas

Input:
Document number
Selection determining if all formulas are output, or only those in thecustomer name range.
Selection specifying if only the conditions that occur in the documentare output, or all conditions in the pricing procedure.
Selection determining whether or not subtotals are output.

Output:
Pricing procedure as well as the individual conditions and subtotals(according to previous selection) and corresponding formulas.

Tool 4: RV61A_USEREXITS

Objective:
To determine forms and functions that contain active source text inselected includes. Active source text that was last changed by acustomer rather than SAP is highlighted in red. This allows quickerdetection of customer modifications that are leading to incorrect systembehavior.

Input:
Selection of checkboxes to indicate which includes are relevant.Includes and reports that are not listed can also be entered.
The main includes for the formulas and conditions can also be selected.On another input screen, you can decide which formulas should be output(all formulas, modified formulas only, one specific formula, or formulasfrom ... to).

Interim step:
Output of a table listing all forms and functions, the number of activeand inactive source text lines, and the name of the last person to makechanges to the include. You can select different forms or functions todisplay their source text.

Tool 5: RV61A_COMPARE_KONV_T683S_T685A

Objective:
Output of document conditions that are different in the currentCustomizing data (T683S, T685A) than in the Customizing data used in thedocument (KONV). In this way, you can see if changes have been made toCustomizing after the document was created. This helps to clarifysuspected inconsistencies if creating a document leads to differentresults than in existing documents with the same input data.

Table containing information about the individual conditions. A documentcondition is listed if there is at least one relevant Customizing fieldthat shows differences between T683S/T685A and KONV. The Customizingdata from KONV is displayed in the first line, and the Customizing datafrom T683S/T685A in the following line.
