Conditions: Archiving agreements (delete database)
Archiving condition records is carried out using the 'ARCHIVEDEVELOPMENT KIT' (ADK).
Archiving is carried out via transaction 'SARA'!
Calling the 3 programs can be carried out individually andindependently, in which case the DB deletion program is not, however,started automatically by the archive creation program.

The following programs have been created for archiving:
RV13005:
Creation of archiving objects (agreements) in an archive
RV13006:
Physical deletion of the database entries for the archive objectscreated by RV130005

RV13007:
Option for reload to the database for archiving objects created byRV130005 and physically deleted by RV130006.
RV130007 should only be used in exceptional circumstances, when it isabsolutely necessary to reload deleted agreements into the database. Itshould be carried out as soon after archiving as possible
No checks are carried out when importing back into the database!
The selection parameters allow you to reload individual agreements inan archive. The agreements not selected are stored in a new archive,which can then be available for reload again.

Precondition
Archive files whose entries have already been physically deleted mustexist for archiving object 'SD_AGREEM'.

The log can also include a list of agreements.
