Description
The report is started if you upgrade from releases < 4.0 to releases >=4.0. If no CVERS entry for SAP/BASIS is available, or if UVERS entrieswith the status "I" are found for both, then the report generates thecorresponding CVERS entries and writes the current system release inthe OLDRELEASE field of the UVERS entries.

Precondition
SVERS VERSION < 400
No CVERS entry is available for SAP/BASIS.
UVERS entries with the status "I" exist for SAP/BASIS and SAP/ALLAPP.
