Description
Display of results from report RSUPGTAS incompressed form. You can generate a readable display of the results inthe program RSUPGTAS or directly compile it with theprogram RSUPGTAD.
The program enables data to be transmitted in compressed and analyzableform using FTP.
From R/3 Release 3.1H the transactions SCUI and SCUP will be offeredfor data transmission as standard. Use these transactions instead ofusing the program and FTP. Read the descriptions in the onlinedocumentation.

Precondition
Earlier a table size analysis was scheduled using the programRSUPGTAS and has now been completed.

Output
The displayed list contains the data in compressed form. To transferthis list electronically proceed as follows:

• Start program RSUPGTAP (SA38)


• When the list of data is displayed:


• Menu path System->List->Save->Local file->unconverted save the file
locally using the following naming convention:
TAP. ,
for example TAP01100078801022.DEV
(You can view the installation number using the menu path
System->Status).

• Transfer this file, for example using FTP, to SAP for analysis (
~ftp\incoming directory of sapserv3, etc.).

Example
The installation number is 0123456789, the date is October 16th, andthe data comes from the system PRD. Then the file name is:
TAP01234567891016.PRD
and should be placed, for example for sapserv3, in the directoryincoming using FTP.
