Clean Up SU22 Check Indicators and Authorization Default Values

Purpose
The report RSSU22CLEAN cleans inconsistencies for the check indicatorsand authorization default values (SU22 data, SAP default values) in thetables USOBX and USOBT. It is started by the programSU22_CHECK_CONSISTENCY and replaces the report TSTCCHCK_COPY. Itonly starts the report RSSU22REPAIR in repairmode and suppresses its output. You should therefore also read thedocumentation for the report RSSU22REPAIR.
