Purpose

Check the BCS Profile Settings
Errors occurred in the Business Workplace or when sending messages toexternal e-mail addresses:

  • Folders are incorrectly displayed or disappear from the tree navigation
  • in Business Workplace as soon as you select them.
    • When sending e-mails to an external e-mail address, you receive n error
    • message that the recipient does not exist.

      Cause:
      Inconsistency in the BCS profile settings

      Solution:
      The report checks the BCS profile settings, and corrects them, ifnecessary.
