Purpose Check the BCS Profile Settings Errors occurred in the Business Workplace or when sending messages toexternal e-mail addresses:
- Folders are incorrectly displayed or disappear from the tree navigation
in Business Workplace as soon as you select them.
- When sending e-mails to an external e-mail address, you receive n error
message that the recipient does not exist.Error message: See above Cause: Inconsistency in the BCS profile settings Solution: The report checks the BCS profile settings, and corrects them, ifnecessary.
