Purpose
The logical system is entered into the tables as a key, to make aglobal Metadata Repository possible.

Activities
All table entries that have a blank logical system are re-entered withthe BW logical system, on which the XPRA runs. A DB Commit then takesplace and the blank records are deleted. (+ DB_COMMIT).
