SAP Program RSIWB943 - Correction Report for Attributes and File Names

Use
This report corrects wrong or missing values in the following attributes

  • DOCUMENT_FORMAT

  • IWB_TRANS_STATE

  • Also missing file names extensions in XML documents.

    • Description of DOCUMENT_FORMAT:

    Error Situation:
    When a translation package is being created, the missing or emptyattribute generates the error, "No info object to be translated", eventhough the info object exists in the source language, has been released,and is relevant for translation.

    Correction:
    If the DOCUMENT_FORMAT format is empty in the XML PHIOs, the reportfills this attribute with the entry "XML".
    Prerequisites for filling the attribute are:

    • Correction PHIO is in the XML_DCU area.

    • The DOCUMENT_FORMAT attribute in the correction PHIO must be empty.

    • The "IWB_CLASS_SRC_FORMAT" LOIO attribute belonging to the correction
      • PHIO must have the value "XML".
      • The correction PHIO class can have only one LOGOBJ reference to one LOIO
        • class, otherwise it cannot be edited (for example, the DEL PHIO classhas numerous LOGOBJ References).

        Description of IWB_TRANS_STATE (relevant for translation flag)
        This function checks all PHIOs in the selected time window and in theselected PHIO classes for outbound translation references (TRANSL_REFrelationships). If a PHIO has an outbound TRANSL_REF relationship, theIWB_TRANS_STATE flag must have the value "1". If it does not, theattribute is set to "1".

        Description of "Missing File Name Extensions"
        If the file extension name "XML" is missing from component files of XMLobjects, the report adds the "XML" extension to the file name. Thecorrection is made on the content server and in table IWB7PHF.
        Prerequisites for the correcting the file name are:

        • The correction PHIO is in the XML_DCU area.

        • The file name in the correction PHIO has no file name extension.

        • The correction PHIO contains only one component file.

        • The '"WB_CLASS_SRC_FORMAT" LOIO attribute belonging to the correction
          • PHIO must contain the value,"XML".
          • The correction PHIO class can only have one LOGOBJ reference to one LOIO
            • class, otherwise it cannot be edited (for example, the DEL PHIO calsshas numerous LOGOBJ references).
