Description
The AS400_API QUSRMBRD is used to update the current statistics of alltables and indexes in DBSTATTDB4 and DBSTATIDB4. The existing statisticsare moved out to DBSTATHDB4 and DBSTAIHDB4.
The statistics comprise information about deleted rows, size of theobject, user calls (selects, updates, and so on), creation, change anddate of last save.
This information is used within transactions DB02 and DB12.
The data is collected by the AS400_API QUSRMBRD. If this report isexecuted and the iSeries job R3RMTDB in subsystem QSYSWRK is not active,no data is collected with the result that the report execution time isless than 30 seconds. This report is executed automatically in thebackground by means of TCOLL entry of report RSORATDB.
