SAP Program RSCMSCPY - Copy All Documents Belonging to a Repository

Purpose
Used to copy all the documents in portions from one content repositoryto another content repository.

Prerequisites
The source repository and target repository must have been created inCustomizing of the SAP system and on the content servers concernedbefore the program is executed. Only repositories in the SAP contentservers are supported.

Selection
When you start the program specify a split factor and the name of a helpfile as well as the source repository and the target repository. Youenter the source repository either directly, or indirectly by byentering a category that references the repository.
The split factor specifies the number of portions into which thedocument set from the source repository is to be split into for copying. You should choose a split factor small enough that ensures the help filefor any one portion is not larger than 1 gigabyte.
The help file should be named from the view of the server on which thetransport program sapkprotp is running. The server is determined by thespecified RFC destination. By default this is the application server.
A logical file name can also be used. If the definition of this logicalfile name contains the reserved word , this is replaced by thenumber of the copy portions, which means that the help files of theindividual portions remain separate.
You can accelerate the copy process by selecting an alternative RFCdestination close to the participating content servers with thetransport program sapkprotp.

Output
Once the program has been executed you will receive a log containing themessages from the individual copying steps.
