This report puts test cases in a correction. Test cases can be removedfrom the correction by double-clicking on the list displayed.
All modules used by a procedure are also entered in the correction ifthe procedure remains selected.
Select CATT procedures by test case name, component, person responsibleand creator or changer, in the selection screen.
The Component assignment combines the selection fieldsApplication, Subapplication and Component fromuntil 4.0B. The three values are now linked in one field with '-'. Torestrict the selection, e.g to application and subapplication, enter'AP-SUB*' im the new component assignment selection field.
Generic selections end with '*'.

  • Use

  • If only the field No restrictions is selected in this group, test cases are selected independently of their 'Use' attribute.
The use attributes can be selected individually or together in thefields Individual test, Application test and Platformtest.
    • Test status

    • You can also select only CATT procedures which have, or do not have, aspecified test status, and by test period and the testsystem in which the selected test status was assigned.
The test status may have been assigned at a time which is not in thespecified period.
This CATT procedure would then not be selected.
To select CATTs independently of the test status, enter "*" in the'Test status' field and delete the two test period fields. The teststatus is in the table CATQ. Choose 'Extras' 'Test status' tolist the test status for a procedure with the program RSCATPRF.
Procedures have the test status PASS, FAIL and Untested.
No test status entry means untested. PAFA indicates all tested CATTprocedures.
Test procedure variants also have a test status. The variant testresults can be included by setting the with variant test statusflag. The global test status results as follows: If the defaultparameter set or an active variant has the status "Untested", theentire procedure is "Untested". If the procedure is not "Untested", itis "FAIL" if the default parameter set or at least one variant is"FAIL". The global test status is "PASS" only if the default parameterset and all variants are "PASS". The global test date is the test dateof the variant (or default parameter set) which defined the global teststatus. If there are several, the oldest date is chosen. If thewith variant test status flag is not set, the test status of thedefault parameter set, with its test date, applies.
      • Procedure

      • Selecting with runtime statistics outputs a minimum, average andmaximum runtime for each CATT procedure. This data results from earliertime measurements in previous runs of the CATT procedure in the currentSystem. Variants are not taken into account when summing the runtimesof all selected procedures. Neither are procedures which have never, ornot recently, run in the current system. They are classified as 'new'.
If Only select procedures is selected, only procedures, notmodules, are selected. Otherwise, modules are also selected.
If Resolve test module references is selected, all REFs tomodules in the selected procedures and modules are resolved, and thereferred modules and procedures are put in the correction.

        Output
A list of CATT procedures (not CATT modules), from which CATTprocedures can be removed from the correction, is output.
