Description
This program deletes records from the Customer Interaction Center'sinfostore, according to the entries made in the selection screen. Theentries in the selection screen enable you to select records that areolder than a certain number of days/weeks/months.
This program can also be started in simulation mode, whereby allrecords are then listed that are older than the entries made in theselection screen.
An archiving option will be linked to this functionality in a laterrelease.

Output
List of records that were deleted or deleted during a test run.

Example
Deletes all records in the infostore that are older than 4 weeks:
Entries in the selection screen : Number = 4
Time unit = Weeks
