Purpose
Used to display statistical data that has been generated with programCACS_TD_STATS_GENERATE.
Based on the information as to when, for instance, the commissiondocuments and cases were posted, you can optimize the scheduling offuture mass processes in order to balance the workload.
The statistics tool displays statistical data for the maximum period ofa year. You can analyze the statistical data by date, by weekday, or bythe hour, which is the smallest time unit.

Prerequisites
You have generated statistical data for the application and the requiredyear.
You must first decide on the SAP tool you intend to use to display thestatistics. Statistics can either be displayed with SAP BusinessGraphics or SAP Chart Engine. SAP Chart Engine is used in the standarddelivery. See Customizing: Incentive and Commission Management ->Tools -> Statistics Tool -> Settings for Statistics Tool.

Selection

• Choose the application and the year for which the statistics are to be
displayed.

• Specify if you wish to display the statistics only for commission cases,
or only for commission documents, or for both.

• Choose the technical timestamp or effective timestamp as the basis for
the statistics display (UPD_TIMESTAMP or KNW_TIMESTAMP).
