Archiving QM Movement Data: Post Processing Program

Purpose
The program deletes the respective level of the QM movement data inaccordance with the retention periods in Customizing. The retentionperiod is only not taken into consideration when deleting cancelledinspection lots.
The quality control charts for which no sample data exists are alsodeleted.

• The inspection lots must be archived and selected.


• If you want to delete the level for all clients, then:

The program must run in BATCH mode.
In the report variant, field QL_REMND must filled by a variable, forexample QM-QL_REORG_MANDANT.

Activities
The program creates a deletion log.

Example
You can display an example list by starting the program in test mode.
