Purpose
Use this program to activate the new periodic processes forflat rates and theadditional commission case.

Prerequisites
You require the following authorizations:

• Administration authorization


• Authorization for database conversion

Features
With this program, you can activate the following periodic processes foreach application.


• Flat rates


• Additional commission case

You can make separate settings for flat rates and the additionalcommission case, for instance you can activate the new flat rates andcontinue to continue to use the old additional case.
It is only possible to activate the new processes with this program. Youcannot use it to return to the old processes.
When the flat rates or additional commission case are called, the systemfirst checks which process is to be used. If an old process is calledand the new one is already activated, a message is issued to ensure thatusage corresponds with the setting.

Selection
Choose the application for which you want to activate the new processes.The current status of the periodic process selected is immediatelydisplayed:


• If an entry can be selected, the old periodic process is active.


• If no entry can be selected, the new periodic process is active.

Select the periodic processes for which you want to use the newprocesses.
Execute the program.

Output
The new processes are activated on the basis of your selection. If theactivity was successfully performed, the status will have changed asdescribed above.

You must carry out these steps for each system since the information isnot transported to other systems.
