Archiving Quality Notifications: Initial Run

Purpose
The initial run for archiving qualitynotifications marks selected notifications for archiving anddeleting. In this way, the program prepares a single notification on theone hand for archiving and on the other hand, prevents further changesbeing made to it in online processing.

Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be met:

• The notification must be marked with a deletion flag (a function
in the transaction change notification).

• You can also mark completed notifications, (that is notifications whose
closing date has been exceeded by X number of days) for archiving usingthe RQARCQM3 program.
To check in advance if all prerequisites for archiving have beenfulfilled, you can start the initial run in test mode.

Activities
Use a report variant to start the initial run as a background job.Evaluate the job log with regard to exception messages and the number ofselected and processed notifications.
