HR-PT-PS: TemSe Display/Download Utility for Public Sector Portugal

Description
This program allows TemSe (temporary sequential) files to be viewed anddownloaded.
F4 help on the selection screen (TemSe objects) lists all availableTemSe files created by Public Sector Portugal reports. Transaction SP11can be used to administrate TemSe files in the system.

Requirements
There must be a type TemSe file generated by the corresponding reportsin the Public Sector Portugal payroll component.

Output
The report displays the contents of the whole TemSe file. You performthe file management directly from the generation program output using akey that appears on the output device when you have selected a magneticmedia output option on the selection screen.
It is also possible to recover and display in detail the differentrecord types forming the file using the payroll management menu. Thedisplay of details allows you to generate an MS-Word or MS-Excel file.You can also save the TemSe file in a magnetic media (download).

Example
If you want to generate a magnetic file for CGA, you have to perfom thefollowing steps:
Run the payroll program (it stores the results in the cluster).
Run the CGA magnetic file report (it stores the results as TemSeobjects).
Run the TemSe Display/Download Utility.
