SAP Program RPUTAEN0_UPDATE - Wage Return: Changing Collective ER Data

Purpose
Use this report to change employer data for the wage return. You canalso use it to change employer data after the return has already beencreated.

Prerequisites
You have defined the necessary settings in the Implementation Guide forthe Payroll NL, in particular the assignment of legal persons toperiod modifiers in table Supplementary Legal Person Data for WageReturn (T5N14).
In addition, the return periods that you wish to change exist in tablePayroll Periods (T549Q).
You must have the necessary authorizations (authorization objectP_NL_LA06 with parameters LEPER and ACTVT equal to "01") for thelegal persons who are assigned to the wage return in question.
If you wish to change employer data after the return has already beencreated, all data entered for the relevant Leper needs to have thestatus "Error in data" in the B2A Manager. This status istherefore not only valid for the year in which adjustments are to bemade.

Selection
The selection screen is split as follows:
Legal Person
Specify the legal person for whom you want to change the data. You canonly run the report if you have the necessary authorizations for thelegal person in question (authorization object P_NL_LA06 metACTVT equal to "01").
Return Period
Specify the In-period IN which the return data are to be created. It isusually sufficient to specify a legal person, as the current in-periodis always suggested by default.
After you have entered the data, the current return period isestablished and displayed on-screen. The Current Return Period isthe period used to run the Data Extractor and create the wagereturn. Of course, you can overwrite the default period. Only the legalperson period modifier periods (PERMO) are accepted as valid periods. Anincomplete or blank period will be regarded as the current returnperiod.

Output
You have already specified the legal person and the return period (knownfurther as the In-Period) for which you wish to enter or changethe data on the selection screen.
You can fill the fields Indicator, For-Period andAmount per entry. If you are entering data for a new period, default indicators will appear as set up in IMG step <(>
<<)>DS:SIMG.PAY_NL_B2A_LA_510>Set up default values<(><<)>/>
For-Period
If a retroactive adjustment is concerned, the for-period is the same asthe in-period.
Example 1
You wish to create a wage return in January 2006 for a given legalperson to specify a 'Final Levy on Wage that is Difficult to Determineon an Individual Basis'. This is supported by the system if you have notentered the period. For retroactive adjustments, enter the period to beadjusted.
Example 2
You have entered an invalid amount in the wage return for January 2006and wish to adjust it with the return of March 2006. In this case, youmust create a new entry and enter the new amount. This entry is thenincluded in the adjustment period for January 2006.
Example 3
You have specified an invalid indicator in the wage return for January2006 and wish to adjust it with the return for March 2006. In this case, you must make the following entries:

  • Old indicator + period 01/2006 + old amount

  • New indicator + period 01/2006 + new amount

  • These entries are then included in the adjustment period for January2006.
For-periods are only accepted if they are equal to the valid periodmodifier periods for the legal person selected (table T549Q).For-periods may not lie after the in-period. Blank or incompletefor-periods are not allowed and are automatically replaced by thein-period.
If you wish to generate an overview of the for-periods, for example toconsult all adjustments for an indicator in a certain period, you canrun transaction Display Collective EmployerData - Wage Return.
    Indicators
The permitted indicators can be changed at all times and areconsequently defined in the system as time-dependent.
The following indicator types, which have subapplication LACA (inV_P05T_KENT_SAP), are supported:
