Purpose
You can detect and correct infotype records for the infotype Statusof residence permit (0048) that overlap temporally using this program(RPUSTAC0).

Features
Checks are made to ensure that infotype records of all persons that meetthe selection criteria do not overlap temporally. The program determineswhether more than one residence permit status is maintained for apersonnel number at the same time.
After executing the program, a message appears in the status line thatgives the number of infotype records detected.

Selection
By selecting the Display all checked records checkbox, you cansee all checked records for monitoring reasons. In this case, theinfotype records of those personnel numbers are also shown for which nooverlapping records were found.

Output
The system displays a list with the check result. This list contains allrecords for those personnel numbers for which at least two overlappingrecords were found.
Records with different lock indicators are handled separately, whichmeans that these records may overlap with each other.
The first column in the results list displays whether two infotyperecords overlap with each other.

Activities
To correct the infotype records, proceed as follows:

• Call the desired record by double-clicking on one of the affected
records or personnel numbers or by clicking once on a record and then onone of the pushbuttons Maintaining the selected infotype records(single record) or Maintaining the residence permit status ofthe selected personnel numbers (list).

• Change the infotype record accordingly.

Note
When you have left infotype maintenance Back (F3), the programchecks all infotype records of the processed personnel numbers andupdates the display accordingly.
