This report should no longer be used as of Release 4.0.
You can reorganize cluster B2 records as follows:

• If you want to archive cluster B2, use the HR Archiving
transaction (PU22). You can call the transaction by choosing TimeManagement -> Administration -> Tools.

• If you want to delete specific cluster B2 records, use reports RPUP2D00
and RPUP2D10.
This report carries out the logical checks for the time evaluationresults cluster, and depending on the parameters, either sets thedeletion indicators on the database or deletes the records directly. Atime evaluation result that requires reorganizing is determined fromthe period for which it was valid and for which it should now no longerbe active on the database.
With the parameter update mode, you determine the processing type forthe records on the database. You have three options:

• Testing:

The database is not updated using this mode. The reorganization run isonly simulated and can provide information on the number of records tobe reorganized.

• Selecting:

Using this procedure, the deletion indicators on the database arefilled with the flag. These records are updated on the database. Theselected records can then be archived. Sequential UNIX files are used,which are not supplied by a standard program however.

• Deleting:

The infotype records to be reorganized are deleted during the reportrun.
