Description
The payroll results check tool report provides you with an overview ofpayments made to, and on behalf of, employees in a particular area forpayroll accounting period.
It allows you to check the results for inconsistencies prior to finalrelease of the payroll.

Preconditions
Before you can display and check payroll results check data prior tofinal release of the payroll for payment each period, you need togenerate payroll results check data.
Payroll results control data should be generated for each periodconsecutively. If changes are made to data in one period and thegeneration is re-run, the generation must also be re-run for subsequentperiods consecutively. This is particularly relevant to leavers' data,as it is carried forward from one period to the next.
As leavers cannot be picked up if they leave on the very first day of aperiod it is necessary to rerun the last period if the leaving eventhas been entered after the last payroll results check generation run.
The last two points only apply to data within one tax year.
The generation report can only be run across whole payroll areas andnot for individuals. If the generation report is to update the payrollresults check cluster, then the field 'Data update required' must beactivated. If you do not wish your results to be displayed the 'Resultsdisplay required' field must remain blank.
This report should be run after the payroll has been executed. Thereport RPCRECG0 is then used to display the results. For controlpurposes there is also the report RPURECG5 which prints the results inraw mode.

Output
This report produces a list showing the details that will be added tothe payroll results check cluster (if update mode is selected).
