Checking of HESA staff identifier

Purpose
This program lists all members of staff for a given HESA year, that donot have a staff identifier.
The HESA Staff return (RPUHESG0) does check if theID exists and does not allow a download without a valid ID. This reportis an additional check to be run before the actual download process tofill in any missing IDs beforehand.
This report processes all selected employees, regardsless wether theyare HESA returnable or not if they have a record of the HESA MasterData infotype (0614).
Employees with more than one personnel number will share the HESAMaster Data infotype, so only one instance of the record exists.These employees will be listed for each contract. Since only one recordexists only one of the contracts has to be corrected.
This report can be used as a sample report. It shows how to retrievethe address information from the institution table.
Additionally, if the switch "Check Staff ID consistency" is checked,the system performs a check similar to that performed online whenmaintaining infotype HESA Master Data (0614): It's checked that the IDdoes not change over time and the ID of the current year (as entered)is compared to the data submitted to HESA for the previous year asstored in infotype HESA Submitted Data (0616).

Features

Selection
There are additional fields that can be used for selection by pressingthe button on the selection screen.
If you check the additional selection field "Prev.UK Institutionfilled" all employees who have no staff ID and no previous UKinstitution ID will be skipped. You only get those records that canpossibly have address data.

Output
In addition to the personnel number and name of the member of staff,the address of the previous UK institution is shown, if the field isfilled in infotype HESA Master Data (0614). You also have to enteraddress data in the HESA Institution table (T5GPBSH_IS).
