Description
Report RPUCRT00 can recreate table CRT as of a selected key date. Allpayroll results with a for-period end date or bonus date after the keydate are converted.
This can be useful if, for example, the coding for a wage type inprocessing class 30 has been changed retroactively (cumulation update),but retroactive accounting need not be run for all employees concerned.
The report runs in the same way as the payroll driver, in other words,the CRT is imported from the previous result and the wage types fromthe RT are cumulated in CRT.
If the country-specific payroll program updates other cumulationtables, these are also converted.
In the test mode, the database is not changed.

1. Since the report changes payroll results, data from table PCL2should be saved before a live payroll run takes place.
2. The payroll records are extended by the report (allcross-country tables are saved).
3. If you change table CRT in the payroll schema without usingfunctions SETCU and ADDCU, then the report can not map this. Forexample, you enter wage types in table CRT using operation ADDWTC. Thereport then produces false results, amongst other things, and shouldnot be used.

Output
The conversion log is displayed as a tree. The log can be controlledusing the parameters on the selection screen:
'CRT log' displays the contents of table CRT.
'National cumulation log' displays the country-specific cumulation.
'Enhanced CRT log' shows how the individual wage types from the RT arecumulated in the CRT.

Example
You have run payroll for the whole of 1998. The coding for wage type9999, which is included in the CRT, is now changed retroactively. OnJuly 1, 1998, a '2' (amount is cumulated in current year) is entered inthe processing class 3 instead of a '3' (amount and number arecumulated in current year).
You start report RPUCRT00 for all employees affected using the startdate July 01, 1998. The cumulations are then changed retroactivelyaccordingly.
