Title
Update the records in infotype 0006 and the table T5P2I with postalcodes, accoding to the new format.

Prerequisites
The customer has not created any codes of their own using status 'F'.
The customer has not created any other table using T5PCP as referencetable for postal codes.

Features
Infotype 0006 is read (via the database table), the field for postalcodes (PSTLZ) is subsequently checked and updated with the new postalcode. Only the "old" postal codes (ending in '-000' with status 'F',just like the first postal codes supplied) are updated.
The same procedure can be used for the entries in table T5P2i (socialsecurity institutions).
Finally, the "old" entries in T5PCP are deleted.
