Plausibility check for the maintenance of individual scales.

Purpose
This program checks the consistency of individual scales. To maintain in
dividual scales a standard scale must already exists for the requiredremuneration rate. If this is not the case, the program issues an errorlist.
In the list you see the individual and corresponding standard conditionrecords for each commission contract for which only an individual scaleis maintained. The error message informs you about the individual scale
s that have been created for which there are no standard scales.
If both the individual and standard scales have different payments (valu
e/quantity scales) or units of measure, this is also an error. If theabove requirement for maintaining individual scales is not fulfilled, acorresponding error message is issued.
The selection screen of the program lets you check a specific period orcontract number interval. The plausibility check runs through all versio
ns of a commission contract.
