Description
The list will display the current and proposed salaries for employeesselected. The current salary is from the Basic Pay record and theproposed salary is derived via the Matrix indicated in the selectioncriteria. If you choose an individual employee, you will be shown adetail screen.
From the detail screen, you can alter (override) the change amount, oryou can reset the amount to the default (from the matrix). You arealso able to view the Personal Appraisal record, the Basic Pay record,or view/update the matrix.
Upon returning to the list screen, by choosing the REFRESH function,the list will be refreshed, and any of the values which you havechanged in the detail screen will be reflected in the new listing. Inaddition, if you have made any changes to the matrix, these will bereflected in the new list as well.

Precondition
The first requirement for this report is that a valid matrix exists,and that a valid Personal Appraisal and Basic Pay records exist for theemployee. The program will not continue if the matrix does not exist.If the appraisal or pay records do not exist for any employee selected,this will cause a severe error and will stop the processing for theemployee. The listing will then show a message indicated that it wasnot possible to process the employee and telling you to check the errorlist to identify the problems. The error list will show all of theerrors encountered during the processing of the report, including thoseerrors which were not severe enough to prevent the further processingof an employee.
