Description
This report is used to upgrade Incentive Wages from Release 2.x to a4.x or higher system. Cluster G1 of the database PCL1 is converted froma Release 2.x format to a Release 3.x format.
The following time ticket fields are no longer supported as of Release3.0A, and have been removed from the time ticket structure.

• AUFPS Item


• AUFFN Sequence (converted to the FOLGE field of the same length)


• AUFAV Operation (converted to the VPRNR field of the same length)


• SYMKO Symbolic account assignment (previously read-only)


• OTYPE Object type


• PLANS Position key


• SKKRS Sender cost Controlling area (must agree with receiver cost
Controlling area)

• IDNRA Material number


• VGWTS Standard value key (previously read-only)


• AMNGA Scheduled production amount (previously read-only)


• LLBPE Amount per unit (previously read-only)


• LLANZ Number (previously read-only)


• ZTEIN Time unit (previously read-only)


• TCODE Transaction code (previously read-only)

The following two customer-specific fields are available if you want touse the values in the above fields for your own evaluations andreports:

• USER1 10-character field length


• USER2 20-character field length

To copy information from the fields no longer supported, you mustmodify FORM SPECIAL_USER_GA. The values of these fieldsare then available in the OGA structure and the fields must be assignedto the "new" GA_OLD_01 structure.

Example
To copy the material number, create the following routine:
FORM SPECIAL_USER_GA.
GA_OLD_01-USER2 = OGA-IDNRA.
ENDFORM.

Precondition

Procedure
The report must be run manually before the update, however, beforestarting productive operation. Make the above-mentioned modificationswhen required.
To activate the user-specific fields USER1 and USER2 forthe data entry screens, activate the user-specified fieldsoption in the user exits for incentive wages after the update.
