Purpose
The report is used to configure the fields used for a CPDF dynamicfile. Currently the report is called from an IMG entry but user canalso execute the report directly. Please reference document ofthe IMG step for more information.

Prerequisites
The application name for the CPDF dynamic file should already bedefined.
