Purpose
The status report displays the status of employees and their spouseswith respect to the printing of the General Notice.

Selection
Use the selection screen to select the employees whose status you wishto check. You can print/reprint the General Notice for single ormultiple employees. You can also display a legend specifying thedescription for the indicators.

Output
The report displays the status using an ALV tree control. It sets theindicator to specify whether the General notice has been printed or not.The report also provides the date on which the General Notice wasprinted.
