Description
Report RPUARBX0 performs the HR preparations for archiving.
The report executes the following preparation activities:

• It locks the personnel number. If the personnel number cannot be
locked, the status in infotype 0283 is set to 'personnel numberlocked'.

• It checks whether the personnel number can be prepared, as in the test
run.

• It converts the data in the HR System. The system status then matches
the status following physical archiving. This report sets personalretroactive accounting limits and thus prevents retroactive accountingof the prepared periods.
You can undo this activity by cancelling the preparations. The systemis then reset to its prior status (before HR preparation activities),or if required to the status of infotype 0003.
