Report RPUARAX0 assigns personnel numbers to or deletes personnelnumbers from an archiving group.
The personnel number/archiving group assignment is stored in theArchived Objects infotype (0283). A subtype is created for each HRapplication component (payroll accounting, time management and businesstrip management).
The start date of an infotype record is the end date of the previousrecord + 1 or 01/01/1800 if no record exists.
When you assign a personnel number to an archiving group, the end dateis identical to the start date, and is not changed until later.
Infotype records are not created if the respective applicationcomponent contains records which have not been completely archived, orif the validity period of an infotype record contains an 'archive to'date.
A personnel number/archiving group assignment is deleted if thepersonnel number was assigned to the wrong archiving group, or if thereare reasons why a particular personnel number should not be archived.
