Migration from T536A to T536C

Purpose
This report is used to carry out the conversion to Central AddressManagement. The report converts the data from table Addresses(T536A) to table Addresses for Address Management (T536C)

Selection
In the field Address Type you can specify which address typesshould be converted. By default all address types are converted.
The four different address types are:

• RP - Representing Legal Person


• CR - Contact for Representing Legal Person


• EA - External Agency


• CA - Contact for External Agency

In the field Var. Address Key you can specify which addressesshould be included in the selection. This is determined by means of theAddress Key. The first two characters of the key must correspond to theabove-mentioned address types.
By default the report is run in test mode. The output lists whichaddresses are converted, but migration to T536C does not actually takeplace.
If test mode is switched off, migration does take place. This isunconditional!

Output
After you have run the report the system displays the addresses thathave been converted to the new table. If any errors occurred, thesystem will also display an overview of all errors that occurred.
Note: The output is displayed in the ALV. Select a line in theviewer and choose Details on the ALV toolbar to see which datahas been added to which column.
