Description
This program enables you to manipulate the data of cluster TC on thePCL1 file (document buffer for travel expenses).
You can use it to delete entire cluster files or single entries for apersonnel number, provided that the cluster is not locked for thepersonnel number by a lock key (this can be the case if a user isreading data from the buffer and wants to manipulate it).
To delete an entire cluster file for a personnel number, select thepersonnel number in the first selection screen and choose DeleteCluster .
To delete individual entries from a table for a personnel number, selectthe relevant personnel number and choose Individual Receipts.
The existing receipts in the tables of the receipt buffer for thepersonnel number will then be displayed. You can remove an entry fromthe buffer by selecting an entry and clicking on Delete Lines.

Precondition
This program should only be run in special situations for testingpurposes or to reorganize cluster TC.
For security reasons, the program can only be run by first turning the"exit." line into a comment.
Do not allow unauthorized persons access to this program.
Enter the logon name as the password.

Output
Deletion of the data from the database is final if the test parameter isnot selected. No log is recorded.
