You can use report RPTKOK00 to check the consistency of yourleave and quota deductions.
The report carries out a "totals check". For leave, the number ofpayroll days or hours in an absence record is compared to the total ofall deductions in the period. There is no division according to leavetype, leave year or ID for reasons of system performance.
For absence and attendance quotas, the amount of quota used is totaledfor each quota type in quotas 2006/2007, and the value is compared tothe total number of payroll days or hours in the correspondingattendance or absence records 2001/2002.
You can run report RPTKOK00 before you run the payroll program. Pleasenote that there are some quotas which are not reduced by infotypes butby time evaluation - the overtime approval quota, for example. Thesystem recognizes these quota types and automatically excludes themfrom the check.
There are three pushbuttons for calling further reports:

• 'NEW DEDUCTION': Report RPTBPC10, corrects the leave deduction in the
internal table PURL, cluster PC.

• 'PERS.CALENDAR': report RPTBPC00, displays/generates personal calendar
in the internal PURL, cluster PC.

• 'DISPLAY CLUSTER PC': report RPCLSTPC, displays personal calendar and
leave deduction from table PURL, cluster PC.
The easiest way to correct inconsistencies in leave deduction is to
delete an existing absence record and create a new one, or, for a
deduction without an absence record, to create an absence for the
period and delete it again later.
